Vinod Sahney brings about 40 years of vast senior executive experience with about 15 years with ITC where he retired as a functional head. He has carried out various responsibilities in ITC and has an extensive experience in providing better solutions in the business administration. He has been associated in developing Brainwave Company in India from its inception.
Vinod Sahney holds Bachelor of Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.

Abhishek Chamaria, Chief - Solution Architect, Brainwave Applications, is responsible for devising various Brainwave Applications for the business. In the past three years, he implemented the business strategy and Solution Development and been main pillar of Brainwave in India.
Abhishek brings 8 years of professional management experience. Prior to this he worked as a transition manager and was successful in completion of project transitions at Infosys BPO. He was Key person at Infosys for Strategising and Increasing efficiency of employees. He was also a founding member of Friday Fun Club at Infosys BPO and Progreon Securities.
Abhishek is a Commerce Graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Prateek Sureka, Chief - Technical Architect, Brainwave Applications, is responsible for developing and continuously improving the technical framework and technology roadmap of Brainwave platform. He is right there since initiation of Brainwave and been continuously innovating it to deliver for enhancement of the Business.
Prateek Sureka is an intellect behind Brainwave platform. He plays a paramount role in designing and developing various components of the platform. He is a mentor for all the new development and initiative in Brainwave and extends a supportive hand in the execution of client projects. He also takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders and invests significant time as a faculty by providing training.
Prateek Sureka graduated with dual degrees in business and engineering from The Wharton School and SEAS at the University of Pennsylvania and has worked for many technology ventures architecting database applications over the last 7 years. He has successfully built, tested and deployed the core product.
